The Inside Sales Consultant is a person who can “make it happen” - someone who can effectively advise and offer the right solutions to our customers and prospects. You are passionate, driven and have been looking for that special opportunity to work for a technology company as a Sales Specialist, willing to work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consults through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. 

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads
  • Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities, and offer solutions to maximize their experience
  • Create and maintain a database of potential customers with leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Keep up with our products and services information and updates 
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline by following up on emails, calls, and tasks daily, and update and manage accurate information in our CRM system
  • Close sales, work with client through the closing process, and follow up with them after the solution has been implemented to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

About you:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in sales and/or account management experience
  • Able to have consultative conversations with customers and ask the right probing questions to discover actual client’s needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, someone who is self motivated and competitive, and a fast thinker
  • Previous employment experience with technology products will be considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask 
  • Proven experience with offering solutions that drive sales
  • Experience in digital marketing services performance (e.g.; SEO, Reputation Management) will be considered a plus
