As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the optimization of sales marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to achieve campaign objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop a promotional calendar for existing customers to be implemented by cross-functional teams, based on monthly initiatives
• Build business cases based on targets, product goals and financial models
• Develop and own content, design and assets production requests 
• Create comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for campaign success
• Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key messages
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, identifying areas for improvement to implement optimization strategies
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders, summarizing key insights, recommending adjustments, and communicating goals, timelines and performance updates

About you:

• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing sales performance metrics
• Advanced level of Excel: pivot tables, macros
• Familiarity with CRM systems or other sales tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Creative thinking with the ability to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Background in marketing or ad agencies as an account executive or similar roles would be considered a plus: owning end-to-end campaigns, overseeing planning, content creation, paid media, etc.
