As the People Operations Manager, you will ensure the People team executes effectively, stays organized, and delivers high-quality work across all programs and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll manage the flow of work, help the team meet deadlines, remove blockers, and keep things running smoothly. Your focus will be on execution and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily work across the People team, including recruiting, employee experience, and HR processes
  • Keep the team organized, focused, and on track with priorities and timelines
  • Review work for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with expectations
  • Step in when needed to help with hands-on tasks or urgent items
  • Manage team capacity and help resolve blockers quickly
  • Handle incoming requests and coordinate with other teams
  • Ensure policies are followed and local legal requirements are met
  • Support delivery of key programs like onboarding, evaluations, and recognition
  • Be a steady point of contact for People-related needs across the company
  • Work closely with the Director of People to carry out team plans and priorities
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team and business

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of HR or People Ops experience, including 2+ years managing people or processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep teams focused and on track
  • Solid experience across recruiting, employee relations, and compliance
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • HR certification or global/remote experience is a plus
