We are in search of an individual who is passionate about helping others. As part of our team, you will engage with web hosting customers from around the globe, embracing new experiences that will foster continuous learning and personal development. 

Schedule -  Eastern Time (Toronto):

  • 12 PM - 9:00 PM, including weekends

What you’ll do: 

  • Solve customers’ web technology problems using phone, email/tickets, and chat
  • Install, configure, maintain, and solve errors for content management systems including WordPress, among others
  • Explain how DNS and web design tools work
  • Resolve and escalate issues related to pre-sales, sales, billing, etc.
  • Provide customers with a “WOW!” experience

About you:

  • Must have experience working as technical support representative
  • Ability to troubleshoot website and/or email problems
  • Background in customer service and technology careers are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience and knowledge of web hosting is a plus
