  • Implement and integrate tools across the GTM stack using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, N8N, or native integrations
  • Build and manage outbound infrastructure (domains, sequencing, tracking) and improve deliverability and system performance
  • Manage enrichment and prospecting tools while configuring outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social, and retargeting channels
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline, funnel performance, LTV, and conversion metrics; support forecasting and revenue planning
  • Run and analyze GTM experiments (ICP testing, messaging, segmentation) and drive continuous optimization of acquisition funnels and conversion rates
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement systematic improvements to increase pipeline velocity and sales efficiency
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support expansion initiatives and provide strategic insights
  • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

About you

  • 2–5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth Engineering, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Strong experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels
  • Familiarity with billing, subscription management, and monetization platforms

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM configuration and workflow automation
  • Knowledge of data enrichment and segmentation strategies
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and funnel reporting
  • SQL skills or advanced spreadsheet modeling capabilities
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Warmly, Clay, Zapier, Make, Outreach, Salesloft, GA4, or similar analytics platforms
