As a Product Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team by ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to sell our products effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs. The primary focus will be on empowering the sales force with the right information, training, and collateral to enhance their selling capabilities.

What you’ll do: 

  • Create and curate sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation that align with sales strategies and customer needs
  • Develop engaging and effective training materials for both new and existing products (one-pagers, playbooks, scripts, objection handling)
  • Develop the communication material for the Sales Team to drive sales through the monthly campaigns
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the sales team updated on product updates, features, and competitive positioning
  • Facilitate effective communication between product development, marketing, and sales teams regarding product updates, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for addressing performance gaps
  • Promotional campaigns weekly tracking

About you:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong content development and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to continuously enhance sales enablement processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
